As per the European Communities (Energy Performance Of Buildings) Regulations 2008 any person who offers a building for sale or letting, or any agent on behalf of such a person shall produce a printed Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate on demand to any person expressing an interest in buying or letting said property.
3BL Consulting (3BL) can guarantee a speedy and competitive service with the clients’ interests of highest importance.
3BL’s BER assessment charges are as follows:
·         €100 basic engagement fee*;
·         €50 certification fee which is to be paid to the issuing authority, SEI;
·         Additional cost depends on features of the building such as:
o    The number of activities attached to it;
o    The number of HVAC systems;
o    The number of different lighting systems;
o    The amount of daylight access (windows, rooflights).
